A Word of Caution

Physical failure and high value data....

By far the majority of drive problems are due to logical failures and we achieve excellent results in these cases.
But there is a possibility that your hard drive is suffering from a serious physical failure.
And without expensive tools and training you will be unable to determine the actual cause.
The software we use is generally safe and never writes to the failing drive (only read operations are performed).
But the act of reading from a physically damaged drive may further degrade the drive.
So if you have lost critically important information, you should spend the extra money
and ship your drive to a full service data recovery company to maximize the chances of recovering your data.
