Hard drives contain both mechanical and electrical components such as spinning platters, read/write heads, and printed circuit boards.
When drives fail due to component damage in these areas then the drive can not usually be recovered using our data recovery techniques.
For example, we can not recover data from a drive that is not detected in your systems BIOS, as in a case involving fire or water damage, power failure, etc.
Recovery is most successful in cases where your drive is detected in your BIOS but suffers from bad sectors or a logical failure like missing partition info etc.
Remember, in all cases, if we are unable to recover your data you receive a 100% refund.
